Biographie
Lauren Cunningham, Ph.D., CPA, is an associate professor in the Department of Accounting and Information Management at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Her research, which focuses on the effects of audit, corporate governance, and regulatory oversight on financial reporting quality, has been published in top-tier academic journals and presented at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Economic and Risk Analysis as well as conferences internationally. Prior to academia, Cunningham worked with audit clients subject to the SEC filing review process.
