Biographie
Céline Christensen is Head of the Risk Culture & Behavioural Risk Assessment team at ING. At ING they understand that the culture within an organization has a large influence on the behaviour of employees. Looking at culture helps to identify potential risks at an early stage and address the root cause of incidents.
Prior to ING she worked for the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) as the Head of the Culture & Behaviour supervision team. As a conduct-of-business supervisor, the AFM supervises conduct and culture at financial enterprises. Céline studied Economics and Change Management at the VU in Amsterdam. Her core competences are understanding and influencing the behaviour of individuals, groups and organizations, especially during complex and large scale changes.
