Francisco Benedito is the CEO of Climate Blockchain Initiatives and founder of Climatecoin, a new and innovative cryptocurrency designed to fight climate change. Francisco Benedito has a degree in Law in CEU San Pablo University of Spain, MBA in the CEU San Pablo, Nanterre University, and a PDD in IE Business School Spain. Mr. Benedito started his first company at the age of 16, an online bookstore in Spain. He has created other different startups in the renewable energy and Internet space. Also, he had the opportunity to work in the M&A field at his family M&A firm and enjoyed one of the most beautiful ages of Spain on transactions. Mr. Benedito has been working as a Banker in one of the leading tech banks in the world for more than 14 years as a Regional Manager, focused on Wealth management and technology.
Recently, he has been named as one of the Top 100 Worldwide Fintech Influencers for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
