Biography
Dr. Jacob Justus Leidner, CFA is a postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Financial Accounting, Auditing, and Consulting at the University of Würzburg and was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2017. Leidner has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation in 2015, and he is a member of the German Advocacy Committee of the CFA Society Germany e. V. Leidner’s research has been presented and published internationally and uses archival methods to address topics involving: audit reports ; corporate governance ; financial reporting quality ; the SEC filing review process.
