Biography
Omar Selim is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Arabesque. Omar has 20 years’ experience in international banking, having held senior positions at UBS, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. He joined Barclays in 2004, where he was responsible for a multi-billion dollar revenue budget and over a thousand staff. In 2012, he initiated the values based asset management project at Barclays, originating the concept and developing it into Arabesque.
