German Advocacy Committee
The work of the GAC focuses on the development of positions and the further development of professional standards in the financial sector.
The German Advocacy Committee (GAC) is an interdisciplinary body in which experts from CFA Society Germany discuss current issues of the capital market and regulation.
Articles, lectures and studies are visible results of this work, which often involves surveys to the entire member base of the CFA Society Germany. The GAC is key to the development of the professional positions of our association and contributes to the further development of best practice in the financial sector in Germany.
In addition, the GAC is closely involved in the CFA Institute's advocacy work at EU level and thus contributes to ensuring that the views of the German investment community are also heard in Brussels.
