Our successful soft skills workshop series continues. This session enables participants to:
- Describe characteristics of effective feedback for self-awareness and influencing
- Apply a simple formula for structuring their feedback to others
- Dramatically increase the chances that their feedback has an impact
- React in a constructive manner when receiving negative feedback
This is an interactive 90 minute session including a 15 minute Q&A at the end.
